Seeing the interest and posts in the forum about playgroups lately, we decided it would be a lovely idea if we created a Worldwide Playgroup Directory. For now you will either have to post in the Forum or emails us your group's information at info@bilingualbabies.org, including place and languages spoken in the group.BilingualBabies.org will soon undergo a renovation. In the new website the Playgroup Directory will have its own automated form. We will also run a contest, renew our material, grow the Forum and add new features, customised to your needs.
If you have any suggestions feel free to contact us, we are here to listen!
Until the next Update

Paula Eisenberger was kind enough to share her experience on Sign Language as a parent, and help us shed some light onto what is considered a "mystery process" by most. There have been many requests for information on Sign Language, and since it is a language, not to mention a very special one, we have made a Q&A for you to read - it can be found in our Parent's Guide.
We are hopefully expecting more input from you, the parents or the specialists, that have dealt with this, not widely taught, language - input that will bring us closer to this way of communication.
Regards,
The Bilingual Babies Team
You will find a new category and two brand new downloads in the DOWNLOADS section; Dr. Jean-Marc DEWAELE was kind enough to give us permission to redistribute his piece of research and personal case study on "Trilingual First Language Acquisition", in both English and French.
It is a remarkably interesting Case Study since it goes through most of the stages of multilingualism, from birth to childhood, and would prove very useful for those who are either considering, or "struggling" with, the use of more than two languages in their family.
Until the next Update!
